The Cost of Credit Bureau Clerical Errors

Popular NPR radio host Terry Gross gives a first hand account of how she discovered that her own husbands credit report was filled with "clerical errors" that could have had serious consequences had she not caught it.

Terry interviews Prof. Elizabeth Warren, a specialist in bankruptcy and contract law at Harvard Law School, who reports that one in four credit reports contain errors significant enough to affect a credit score.
